Rachael Cook

 Rachael Lee Cook was born October 4, 1979. She has starred on the films The Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That 1999, as well as Josie and the Pussycats 2001. She also is part of the television series Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart is her voice as well as Robot Chicken's and She's All That (1999), respectively. The series was launched with the English version of Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children. Rachael Leigh Cook is a Minnesota native, the daughter of Thomas Howard Cook (a former stand-up comedian and social worker) and JoAnn (a weaver and cooking instructor). She is a part-Italian and from Italian descent. Cook appeared in her first public service announcement regarding foster care at seven years. Cook started working as an infant-print model when she was 10 years old. She was featured in ads for national brands like Target. She was a student at Clara Barton Open School in Clara Barton, Laurel Springs School in Minneapolis, as well as Minneapolis South High School
